I have received multiple deep tissue massages in the past, and this was by far the worst. I am fairly new to the area, and I was looking to get a deep tissue massage done. I did a little bit of googling and came across Health Pointe Jacksonville. I saw they had excellent reviews, so I decided to make an appointment. Prices were on the high side, but I figured if they're as good as their reviews show, it'll be money well spent. I was definitely mistaken. If you have ever had a deep tissue, you know that as the masseuse is working the muscle, it is not a comfortable or pleasant experience; to the point where it can nearly bring you to tears. During my deep tissue massage at Health Pointe Jacksonville, I FELL ASLEEP MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! At first, I thought the masseuse was just warming up the muscle before digging into it, but I was wrong. I can massage myself much harder than my "deep tissue" I received here. On top of that, my time was also cut short.... If you're looking for a real deep tissue massage, I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Dr. Julee Miller is an excellent acupuncture physician!!  Health Pointe Jacksonville is an amazing overall wellness experience!  Not only is Dr. Julee clinically excellent, she is a caring professional who treats the patient's overall health.  I have had acupuncture treatments in different parts of the country over the past 20 years, and Dr. Julee is the best practitioner I have seen.  She has successfully treated my asthma, sinus and allergy problems, back and neck pain, digestive issues, and general wellness.  My overall health is greatly improved thanks to Dr. Julee and her amazing staff.

The massage and Thai Yoga professionals are simply wonderful!  Being able to get acupuncture and massage in one setting is not only convenient, but provides a coordinated approach for my treatment.  

I highly recommend Dr. Julee Miller and her staff for an outstanding health and wellness experience!!

Dr. Julee Miller is a wonderful acupuncturist! I received several acupuncture treatments for infertility and she was always very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, nurturing during such an emotionally draining process. Heath Point's staff was also friendly, accommodating, and warm. I would definitely recommend her to others who are undergoing fertility treatment as it can be very helpful and promote a positive outcome as it did for me! Thanks Dr. Julee for everything!

From the very first time I stepped into this office everyone was amazing. Dr. Julee listened , advised and got to work solving my issues. I had knee surgery about two years prior and still continued to have pain and limited mobility. After a few weeks of treatment with her, I was feeling and walking without a limp. After we got the initial problem calmed down, she introduced massage therapy into the mix which really helped with motion. Melanie is absolutely great and works with stretching and relaxation all in one. Now I am in step three, Thai yoga with Leona. She is beyond wonderful. Very knowledge, patient and gets you moving when you think you can't. I look forward to all my appointments at this office. It doesn't feel like a doctors office it feels like a spa. Everyone in the office is truly engaged about making your experience the best. I would highly suggest this treatment and this practice above any other treatment I have had. Great job ladies!

Wonderful and professional staff ! I felt very "at home" from the first visit. The treatments are done with patients and complement my  personal needs. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after every visit.
