I scheduled an appointment to be part of a study. I was even called the day before the appointment and discussed my appointment with an employee of this joke of a company. The day of my appointment o drove 30 minutes to get there, waited 30 minutes in the waiting room to find out they were no longer accepting people into the study. This company is an absolute joke. The lady acted as if they did nothing wrong in not informing me prior to wasting my day. Absolutely unprofessional.

It was a very nice quite atmosphere warm and inviting service the workers were very courteous with great sence of doing thier jobs correctly and sufficient. But when I was in the back they were rude telling me I couldn't be in the research because I was on meds already and I told them that 4 days prior to the appointment but they told me to come in any way and that's what made the whole thing stupid they should've told me that over the phone more I'm not saying every body was at fault just the 2 ladies that told me to come on in knowing if I was taking meds I wouldn't qualify for the research

Use less people that they cannot even help you at all shut this business down
