I went in looking to spend $30 on cat food! We always buy blue buffalo cat food sensitive stomach and I asked Steve if they had a 7.5 lb bag in the back as the shelf was empty—he went and checked and came back empty handed , I told him I had $35 tops only to spend on cat food as there was a larger bag but I was $3 Short, he took up the 15lb bag to the registers and rang it up for $35 !  He did this all while helping 3 other customers and answering questions by several others and kept calm and cool the entire time!! Impressed and will do business there again! Steve needs a raise!

Small store but has everything, the staff are helpful and nice. The staff in the fish area don't really know much about what they are doing. Multiple dead fish in display tanks. I wouldn't buy anything living from here

I strongly urge anyone looking to adopt kittens here not to do so. I had adopted a kitten from here and a month later he passed away from FIP. I was suppose to receive a document with all his shots and his record but was sent nothing but a blank file that CatUtopia insisted had everything on it. When I called to discuss what had happened & how disappointed I was with them as an entire company something didn’t feel right when I was talking to them like they know they are doing something wrong. When I had taken my kitten to the vet, the vet let us know serveral other kittens had come into their facility sick who had also gotten their  sick kittens from Petco. Petco had me give me unlabeled, unknown medicine the first day I got him and told me to give it to him for a week. What ever is going on with CatUtopia needs to be addressed. For the sake of your own heart please don’t buy animals from here, I would go to the humane society or through somewhere else. Also a coworker of mine went in to look at the kittens on 3/18/2018 and he noticed they were very lithargic and barely conscious. Whatever you people are doing to these animals is sickening is seems to have been a problem throughout YEARS if you simply just scroll down these reviews.

Went in for a rat cage, couldnt find one anywhere else. Found a big cage, but was kinda spendy. The employees found a copon for 25% off though. That was great

This location is pretty nice. Always clean and the staff are always super friendly. Only negative thing is they aren't always in stock of my cat food (Natural Balance LID). Otherwise this is my regular store for shopping for my pets.
