Several days ago my dog Caesar was prescribed Bravecto for fleas. I was offered no alternative medications in the office nor was I warned about any adverse side effects. I was assured it was safe and has been used for many years. A day after being given the medicine Caesar started  vomiting and having frequent bloody diarrhea. With no idea this may happen, I was fearful and worried that he was in danger after doing some research on the medication. When I called with my worries about what it had done to him and that I would be finding alternative care, I was shown zero compassion or concern for his health by the front desk.

Always happy with the care we get when we bring our pups in. Dr.Cowser is an animal lover and it shows. He cares about my family and our pets and their quality of life. Owning pets can be expensive, we don't always prepare for the vet bills that can happen unexpectedly. With the care and concern we get for all of our pets at VCA, I will gladly pay whatever the cost. I've been to cheaper vets and you get what you pay for. I go to my family doctor because of the quality of care they provide, and I bring my dogs to this vet for the same reason. Thank you to the doctors and staff for always going above and beyond for us. The Mowry family is grateful.
