Upon entering this store, we were greeted with so much respect and hospitality by Josh and his great team. Josh was amazing. We came here for less expensive jewelries, not stocked here but we were able to find several premium quality jewelries. During my next visit to MD/DC, I will be returning to this store to pick up a premium jewelry.

After leaving this outlet location, I am speechless. Today I was given a Michael Kors watch for my birthday and headed to the outlet store to get it sized. As the employee started taking out links, they completely broke the strap and said they couldn't do anything about it because we didn't purchase it at that Michael Kors. In tears, I left furious. As we were leaving the outlets I decided to stop by this store and ask if they offered watch repairs. They offered so much more than that. I was greeted with so much respect and hospitality. The ladies were very concerned just for my silly situation! The assistant manager Miguel blew my mind with how confident, mature, and careful he was with my watch and took time out of his night to completely fix my watch. And didn't charge me a dime, despite me trying to offer. I will be returning to this location for ANY jewelry needs. And want to leave as much great reviews as I can.
