As i stand there at the desk in tears, the receptionist ignores me, not even a hello. They would not see me anyway. I work in Glen Allen, my husband works for the county, i have health insurance through the county. But i am turned away because i dont live in Henrico. I needed to talk to someone. Oh, i got a card and was told to call if needed.

These are the most horrible people you will ever meet. They treat you like a guinea pig, hock you up on all types of medication with no therapy. Technically a really illegal location. Everyone's a patient with no intellect to these people. Rude and disgusting

Staff seems like they just want you out of there as fast as possible. Usually they just try and give you any kind of antidepressant that comes to their mind and they say try this and come back in a month or 2. I am Bipolar have bad anxiety and history of depression and these people did nothing to help except throw random antidepressants at me and said they also help anxiety. After months trying to get help and going thru multiple doses of different antidepressants i just said screw it i'll have killed myself out of frustration before these people help.
