This place did not help and only become a pain to deal with.  They will bill you for every minute the therapist goes over 45 minutes.  We have seen many therapists in Richmond and have never met one that only spends 45 minutes and then charges for every minute they go over.  You will be billed for phone calls even if they are just a few minutes.  This is not a good place

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable, easy to work with therapist. All of the costs are explained in detail up front since this practice chooses to be an out of network provider.
