Laser procedure and traction was effective for me. Coordination to get health care coverage was poor and has not been resolved for months. Be prepared to pay full cost for services and don’t listen if you are told that they will work with your health care company to get out of network coverage (since they are the only cold laser service provider in the area). Follow-up to comments about health care approval being a breeze. I have very good insurance. But, my plan requires documentation from the provider. The patient cannot provide medical provider documentation.

Treatment did nothing for me. This is not the magical cure to your chronic issues. Losing weight, stretching, strengthening my muscles, traction, avoiding sitting and certain movements, being active, massage, TENS unit and time to heal have all help manage my pain. Go find a great PT and get on a treatment plan and actually follow it. I quit after first treatment because all they did was put me in traction and shoot lasers at my lower back. I've lived with back pain for 10 years and will to some degree for the rest of my life. Insurance will not cover this treatment program, so you will be pressured into applying for $5000 in credit that your insurance will not reimburse.

I first want to say the staff is professional. If only it would transfer over to the doctors, especially Dr. Jackye Kim. I met with her on my second visit to discuss a plan and costs of services. Dr. Kim was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed shocked that I didn't see a change in my pain after the first visit. During our brief conversation, Dr. Kim talked over me and was irritated when I would ask questions. At one point I asked Dr. Kim to slow her speech down and she responded with, "You think that's fast? I was talking slow. I normally talk faster." Dr. Kim was dismissive and said, "Since you didn't feel any improvement, you may not be the right fit for our treatment. You are allowed to go."

Went there hoping they could help my husband. We were told that Humana won't pay them and we would need to get a credit card and they would charge 5500.00 and Humana would send us a check. They are out of network and Humana will not cover it at all. This is the biggest scam in the world. Do not go to them they lie to you at every step. We now have to pay a credit card for a process that did not work.

This is my review from the BBB website. Integrative Health also removed their reviews from their Facebook page. All but one of these were negative. The one positive review was from a current employee there. I have also attached screen shots from their Facebook where they violate HIPPA by posting confidentially signed documents and attack a former patient for leaving a negative review. "I came here looking for relief and all I got was a scam. I did receive the two free visits as promised on the commercials but they eventually led up to some kind of financial meeting with a woman named Nicky. She ended up submitting two different credit applications for a total of $5500 for the "recommended treatment" by the doctor. She stated that this was the only option to pay for my services as they are out of network but did not adequately inform me that I was being signed up for a credit card. She also blew through the required paperwork so fast that I felt like I was being pressured into something I had very little understanding of. I think what they are doing to vulnerable people just looking for relief is horrible. They do not really explain what is happening and if you don't pay enough attention, you end up with a $5500 bill with an assurance that you will be reimbursed by insurance for said payment when she clearly stated that she doesn't know all the ins and outs of my insurance plan. The little paper I was made to fill out regarding my insurance coverage is apparently what they use to give these assurances, not taking into account that people could fill those out incorrectly but I guess it's just "not their problem".
