I did not have the best experience here. The physician that did my strep throat test swabbed my throat incredibly aggressively with little care that she had caused me to gag rather severely twice. I’ve had 2 strep swab tests in my life and both were pleasant experiences - or at least as pleasant as getting your throat swabbed can be. Further, the computer systems were “down” resulting in rather long wait times. In the end, the physician refused to write me a prescription for a simple z pac to fight my cold.

Edit: I shared my experience with Henry Ford via their online submission form (as they requested) and was never followed up with. It has been 2 weeks.

Friendly staff, very clean. Every doctor I have seen has been nice and caring, even if they can't figure out why I am having certain pains they recommend other things to my needs or other doctors. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to find a doctor they are comfortable with.
