It's difficult enough dealing with the grief that comes when we're losing a loved one...
This company their nurses, representatives are not in communication with each other and they have very little process's in place.
My dad is currently a hospice patient with Mclaren. I have been trying desperately to get a return phone call for 3hrs. 
Ashley the administrative assistant stop accepting my calls and just sends me to voicemail. 
I was told the on call nurse would call me but to NO avail... 
They don't even have a professional curtesy that would have them prioritize a call back from the facility charge nurse.
