Great place for insurance work. It is really nice that they have a car-rental place on-site. The body shop guys did a really nice job of lining up body parts and matching colors. They were quick to meet my needs. Doug does a fantastic job of knowing each car and what needs to be done. Also, follow-up is excellent.
I would bring my mom's car here.

This facility was on my insurance company's list of approved body shops.  Usually that means a good quality facility.   Unfortunately we have had a very frustrating experience.  It started well enough with the hail  repair taking about the original 10 days promised.  The problem was that during the repair process, the car had new damage caused by the shop.   A piece of the windshield assembly was not installed back in the car when the pieces were put back together causing loud interior noises when driving over 30MPH.   There were also several places where small metal panels on the doors were significantly scratched.  After waiting for parts, they took the car back and "repaired" it in a few days.  If that were all that happened - we would have been satisfied - they made a mistake and fixed it in a reasonable time frame.  Unfortunately when the car was picked up the second time there was damage to the plastic rear bumper.  It was noted at the time and the customer service person said that they would take care of it.  Our understanding was that they were ordering a new plastic bumper.  A couple of weeks later the customer service rep said - no they were not waiting on parts - they were just waiting to find time for the repair.  On further email correspondence we were told that he was waiting to "talk to the manager" about scheduling the repair.  Finally about a month after the problem was noted, I received an email saying "I left you a voice mail on the 5th to call me , so I can have it have look by paint department to see if can be color sand & buff out".  Strange but my phone has no record of any call or voicemail on the 5th from them.  Why did it take a month to tell us - we need to see the car?  It really seems that they are just trying to string us along until we give up.   This is ridiculous customer service.  If you are not going to repair it for some reason - just tell us.   But to have us essentially on hold for a month is just wrong.   Based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

Really disappointed with the quality of work.  Took my car there 3 weeks after a major hailstorm for collision repair work. Was told "we have collsion people standing around with nothing to do, so we'll jump right on it and give you great service". A simple repaint of the front clip went back twice and still wasn't done well (waaaaay too much orange peel in the paint). Had much higher hopes.

Overall the people were nice and professional although the quality of work was disappointing.  I will not use or recommend this shop for future repairs. 

The following items where an issue: 1. I still had broken glass in my trunk after delivery of vehicle.  2. There was excessive buffing compound around my trunk and around my taillight. 3. Rear header board trim was damaged at the shop. Yes, Herbs agreed to replace but it is so inconvenient to put my vehicle back in the shop.
