My wife and I just bought a car, for the second time, from Scandinavian. Frances couldn't have been nicer, and more helpful. The car was competitively priced--and when I brought it to my local Volvo dealership for the required Virginia inspections (SIS does Maryland inspections, not Virginia), the mechanic and service rep were both very impressed by what a nice car it was--both mechanically and cosmetically. Can't get a more unbiased viewpoint than that!!

we have bought a number of cars from Scandi - Volvos, Saabs and recently a BMW and all have been fine.  the level of service is tops as well and the staff are very helpful and never do unneeded repairs or service.  sometimes you have to make a special request for them to do a preventive action that isn't necessary at that time but you feel better doing it now rather than later.  too bad there isn't a 6 star category!!!!

I've owned many cars and had them serviced by many knowledgeable technicians-- but none have been as knowledgeable, professional and user- friendly than the mechanics and front office professionals at Scandinavian. They have serviced my Turbo X ( and have been as thoughtful and caring about the car( a limited production model in 2008) as if it were their own. Hats off to Bogdan and Edwin , and the rest of the team ( yes you Clyde) each of whom are true enthusiasts. I can't say enough about this team and how much they can do given Saab sadly stopped making cars after 2011, when the business filed for bankruptcy. I recommend them without reservation to anyone who truly treasures their Saabs..... you will feel like family when you meet the team!

Bought a car.  Best purchase experience ever, thanks to Frances.  Topping it off, I love the car.  It has been mine a month now and it seems every day I like the car more.  A pleasure to get in start, drive and stop (every stop I look forward to another trip).

I purchased a Volvo S60 and have to wonder why I don't see them everywhere. The safety ratings are off the charts and the drivability is just perfect for me.  Me, not a F1 driver, but I have raced (auto cross) and this car is as fast through a corner as i need.  Actually for auto cross something lighter would be nice but i bet I would not be last.   

Thanks to all at Scandinavian that made my experience so Good.
