The Hertz employee was very quick to take our car drop off, absolutely no surprises or additional fees.  Would recommend.

Fine experience. Tough to figure out their pricing; but nice people behind the counter and straightforward rental.

Be careful about how they talk about insurance; be sure to ask repeatedly what they mean by certain coverage options. The salesperson tried to trick us into getting essentially worthless coverage.

Staff was rude when I showed up saying I shouldn't have been able to make a reservation but luckily he had one car left for me. Made me feel like it was my fault. But the pick up and drop off were quick overall with no other fuss.

Have used this place for many business and some personal rentals. They do an amazing job of providing fast and high quality service, despite being in such a small location.  I'm pretty sure I've worked with every location employee and they are all excellent. Always easy to work with, always able to answer questions quickly. It gets very busy so they can be a pointed with their answers but they always do their best for me!

I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had renting with Hertz on Geary. We had a 5 day rental and encountered several complications during our trip, including being evacuated from Sonoma due to the Wildfires. Gary Ghiotto, the location manager at Hertz, was extremely helpful in rearranging things to accommodate us. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed to minimize the impact of our ordeal. The location and cars were clean and performed great, but what left the biggest impression on us was the service we received; the extra attention and care taken by Gary and his staff really made a difference in our experience. Thank you, I will be back and send any SF visitors your way!
