I made a reservation on the phone with central booking and when I got to the local store (after a very prompt pick up) there was no record.  All of the compact cars were already rented, So Sabrina, the manager got me into a jeep at a better price.  The entire staff ot the Paramus store is very friendly, professional and helpful.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants or needs excellent service with a clean car.

From beginning to the very end, the whole process of renting a truck was easy and effortless. I was given the Ford F-150. I wish I remember the young man's name who had helped me rent the truck because he treated me with the ultimate respect and remained professional throughout when I was having minor card issues. I would definitely rent with them again and let others know that Enterprise in Paramus is the best place to go for all and any rental needs.

If you want to see a Bunch of Idiots or you want to Ruin your whole day of Plan.... you can definitely visit this place. .....I  am a very cooling Guy... with the attitude they  the trouble they made.... I really wished I should get a chance of giving a slap

Had to get a rental while my work vehicle was being taken care of. Enterprise is known for customer service. I felt on that day the rep working wasn't all about that. Not nasty to me or anything. It was like he was a robot going through the motions.

I have been a loyal customer of this branch for over 5 yrs. Even through staff changes, I remain loyal to Enterprise Paramus, NJ. 

Everyone is friendly and professional. Customer service is their #1 priority.
