I think it's a wonderful store and the prices are right on target with everybody else. I will say though that I'm not happy with their five year warranty and would not recommend anybody get that only because when I tried to use it because of piece of my refrigerator started peeling off I was told that it was considered cosmetic. This was a $4,000 refrigerator and the front panel is coming off and because it's cosmetic repair I was told that I would have to fix it at my own expense. It wasn't like it was damaged by me it just started coming off peeling on its own, I could understand them saying it was cosmetic damage if it was a scratch that I hit done or something to that effect but this was a manufacturer defect and they still said it was a cosmetic issue and not covered so the $507 I paid for the five year warranty I'm already in my second here and I've gotten nothing out of it.

Purchase was easy to make. Sales guy kind of screwed us with installation options. Installers still messed up. Kitchen appliances look great though.

The employees know what their talking about, there just seems to never be enough of them. Great selection of appliances and TVs and good prices.

Not sure aboit prices, but when I went in the management was all on their phones. We asked them for service, but they we preoccupied with THEIR electronics. I walked right out I will NEVER go back THERE.
