We bought cell phones here a few weeks ago, the young man who helped us and got us set up with a family plan was wonderful. Helpful and patient. Today we tried to go to Lowe's to get a washer as our had died finally after 14 years only to be told delivery would take 12 days. We went to Best Buy, found the same set and we are getting them in 3 days. They are even taking way the old ones. The only thing I wish they had was a military discount.

Went to this Best Buy one time only because the Best Buy in Harrisburg store didn’t have the product. They say they guaranteed to have the lowest price. So I found a lower price online and they said they would match it well they lied because they weren’t going to match the price. So I argued with them and told them you have this in writing and if you do not honor this then I’m going to have to turn this matter over to the attorney general of Pennsylvania. And when I said that then they honored the lower price. I’ve been told by other Best Buy employees over in Harrisburg that this store treat people poorly and they recommended me not to go here anymore. I hope I never did to go to the store because the people that work here are rude.

This is the only best buy outlet in hershey and Harrisburg Town. Mostly all the popular items are in stock and whatever you order online can be arranged for pickup within 7 days
