Just left here and wasn't pleased at all. My husband and I walked in to look into washer dryer sets. We haven't had to shop for these before so we were in need of help. Not only were we not greeted within the first ten minutes of being there, but we were not spoken to or offered help until we had been there for over 15 minutes. I think the sales associate was new because he had to run off to answer any question we had.  He didn't communicate with us well at all. When we finally decided on a set, we were going to look into their financing program. When the associate took us back to the lady that does financing, we were told to just hold on for a few minutes while she ran to the bank. Still being patient, my husband and I decided to look around while we waited on her. After 20 more minutes of waiting and looking over the entire store, my husband and I finally decided that these were not people we wanted to earn commission off of us or get our business, and we just pulled up to Aaron's.

Has the worst representative in there. I went to shop for washer dryer looking for a set less than $1000, Gerald a rep advised me to go to thrift store or buy second hand, later I actually found a GE pair for 999. I think he should know what is in store before he advises customers. I know better where to go and what to expect, thats none of Geralds business.
