In a day when most workers are more concerned about when their next break is than actual customer service Latesha McMinn was a breath of fresh air.  We had to replace our hot water heater and Latesha made the whole process smooth and hassle free.  We are getting a great product at a great price.  It was several hundred dollars less than the same unit from another vendor  She even went as far as to bring the paperwork I had to sign to a familiar landmark so I wouldn't get lost driving to her office.  Thank you Latesha
