I had an amazing experience with Hi Desert Furniture. Great Deals all over. Came in looking for a love seat and sofa and left with what I wanted. Jame's helped us out, and I would recommend you stop and say what's up to him, he was patient and very understanding with the budget that I had to spend. Definitely appreciated that because it made me feel comfortable walking around. There was no rushing me. Even the owner of the store came out to double check on us to make sure everything was going great. Believe her name was Helen, her professionalism was awesome. What I wanted was over my budget but after some number crunching she worked it to where I was comfortable walking away with the furniture I wanted and didn't go over my budget. Great Sales people and awesome owner equals me coming back to purchase more furniture in the future.

Excellent customer service! The managers, staff, drivers, delivery kept their word and delivered as promised. They stand behind products and service. I highly recommend them. You can get products almost any place, but not the excellent service like they provide..

Decided to go in and compare prices but there was no need. John was patient and courteous and definitely not a pushy sales assistant. He helped me look for a living room set that was to my liking and budget. Sofas will arrive in a few days and hope to enjoy them. If all goes well, I plan to purchase a bedroom set. Thank you Hi Desert Furniture!
