I called Charlie from out of town and asked that he help repair my uncles car. My uncle is disabled and does not have a lot of money so I was going to pay for the repairs. After hearing this Charlie made me a really nice deal on the repairs and had the work done the next so my uncle could get to his Dr. appointments. Highly recommend this shop!

After 3 long years of trial and error of attempting to figure out what was wrong with my Durango, I hired another mechanic to put some work into it. I told him that per my research, the Throttle Position Sensor looked to be the culprit. He did not listen to me. So I went to Hi-Land where Charlie took SUCH GOOD CARE of us! He was willing to listen to my thoughts and ideas about how to remedy the situation, scanned our vehicle at no charge, their labor rates are SO reasonable, and it only took 1 day to get my vehicle back. We drove it 5 hours out of town and back the next day with ZERO trouble. Hi-Land will be getting all of our future business. Charlie and the rest have the best customer service and stand behind their work!

These guys are the most honest people in town. They worked hours of diagnostics on my jeep and after a frank discussion, we decided not to do anything. They then refused to charge me anything for the service. These guys will tell you how it is, and will work with whatever financial situation you are currently in. They are the only mechanics I will use from here on out in the Tri-Cities. I highly recommend them

Very honest, I've taken my car there for the past 6 years and they always take care of me. Just recently my car got flooded in the storm we had so I took it to these guys. Charlie took the time to drain my engine only to discover my car had been totaled. He didn't charge me a dime. This hasn't been the first time either, my father has sent his car in only to find simple fixes and they didn't charge him either. Only garage I have ever trusted with my car.

I just wanted to say thank you to the nice guys at Hi-Land Garage.  A couple of days ago my car was vandalized with spray paint.  Not knowing what to do I went to Hi-Land Garage and asked if there was a way to fix it.  Someone ( I wish I could remember the name)  immediately found some appropriate solvent that took the paint right off without hurting the finish.  He even took the time to do it himself instead of handing me the rag and walking away.  I was in and out in 10 minutes and they didn't even charge me.  Thanks guys, you made my day.
