Kennewick Clearwater , Excellent service on sales , sold me tires and installed them quick ! I get a flat tire cause of a nail and I take it in and 2hours later they are done ! Of course it was free! Poor service when it comes to flat repairs ,  before that I had taken my other vehicle in which I had bought tires in Pasco Rd 68 which same thing excellent service on sales but when I took it in for a flat tire because a piece of wood got in thru side wall and almost thread they told I would have to buy another tire cause they don't repair sidewall damage, so I told them I bought tires there a couple month back and they would have warranties , they checked and guess what they repaired the sidewall. It took them about 2 1/2 hours  I would of bought a new tire but they said this was good so I can't wait for it to fail. Tire is still on truck and good ! Next time I purchase tires I might consider going to Costco or some place else,  Sorry Les Schwab they could of done better but I think your employees are trained that way! Bad Experience Both places!

It is a wonderful place to get new tires and any breaks worked on. Yes, you will have to have excellent credit.

Best place for buying tires and brake, etc. Services, great account option and fairly easy to get. Very good customer service.

You hear horror stories about places overcharging and  selling you a service you don't  need.  I went into Les Schwab  was told i needed a few services. When i took it in today they recommended I should only get one of the services because it should fix the problem i was having. Sure enough problem solved with extra money in my pocket. Thank you guys for being honest and trust worthy, and providing excellent timely service.

Nomally phenomenal service and great products, however don't expect fair dealing if you are trading your old tires towards new ones. I have near new Toyo M/Ts from my wrecked truck that are worth $1200, but they'll only give me $400...even though I know they'll turn around and sell them for $1000 or more! (I know because I've purchased used tires from them before). I guess it's time to find another tire shop
