A fun quiet place to stay with family oriented staff. They are always there to help and make you feel at home. They help shelters by making places for homeless families to have a place to stay and they are close enough to the bus line and many places to eat. They also have several places that deliver to the hotel and from what I've learned the rates aren't bad at all. I would stay here again they offer nightly weekly and monthly rates.

The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the highways and to dining. The room is nice for the price. It was missing dishes, and it was an inconvenience to go get them. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

Disgusting! Beds are cots and are the most uncomfortable and noisy sleep. The shower had a dirty wash cloth hanging on the curtain rod. The bed spread had cigarette burns on it. The sheets had ashes in them and hair on the bottom sheet. The floor was sticky and the air didn't work very well. Thankfully it was low humidity weekend and not overly hot. No bugs seen

The rooms are very clean n the beds are comfortable n the staff are pleasant the only thing they should provide is breakfast

Refused to honor a confirmed, prepaid reservation and threw a single dad with eight year old child out on the street at midnight after wasting half an hour of our time as the unbelievably slow, unhelpful desk agent checked us in. (After we finally figured out how to get into the locked lobby which you have to find a barely signposted phone to gain access to.) She eventually gave us a key to an uncleaned room with bags of trash on the unmade beds and dirty underwear on the badly stained carpet. Then when told of her error, she refused point blank to clean the room or one of the multiple empty rooms they also had waiting to be cleaned, even when I asked what we were supposed to do for my son. Yes, they turned away guests whose money they'd had for weeks because they couldn't be bothered to clean enough rooms to match their confirmed reservations. My son finally got to bed at 2am after an hour on the phone to the major booking site I used for the reservation. And the motel itself is generally dated and dirty inside. Nor do they even have a dumpster for trash which you're told you have to take around the back yourself and then hope you can find an empty, cheap plastic trash can from the dozen or so scattered around our lying on their sides on the sidewalk to put your trash in. Terribly, shamefully bad, and not even at a great price. I've stayed in dive motels that were cleaner than this at less than half the price. Avoid like the plague you'll probably catch if you stay here.
