Gave my deposit of $100 on July 13th. Was told it's a total of $367 left owed. I pulled in today July 23rd and gave the remainder and then was told it was another $60 per month because we have our 3 year old daughter with us, making it a total of 3 people. I asked what the $60 was for because I was already paying my electric consumption per month. They replied with "water and sewage". I told them I have a house of 6 that only costs me $22 a month so explain to me how you can justify $60 for ONE extra toddler. I then got attitude and was told "it's our policy". So needless to say I am not staying here ever.

We only stayed for one night in a tent and it was super peaceful and relaxing. Super nice owners/staff and very accommodating. We loved the friendly dogs running around too! The facilities were in great condition! We would stay there forever if we could and will definitely be coming back!

Small park, convenient to i-75 friendly staff. Nice sites. Definitely would stay at this park again.
