Purchased a kitchen faucet kit in what looked like a box that had been previously opened. There were no markings of any sorts to flag the box as such. After 1.5 hours of hard plumbing work I was thoroughly upset when I realized that the item was defective. When inquired about this I was told that it must have been a customer return. What a joke. No QC at all at returns? Just throw the product back onto the shelf..... It's a 145.00 dollar item I must add. I'll do my best to not shop here again

Always helpful. For most common needss, much more convenient and easy to shop in than the mega places.

Good selection for a smaller hardware store. I usually have no problem finding a friendly employee to help me locate what I need, answer any questions I may have or even provide me with a store that carries what I'm looking for if they don't! I definitely enjoy shopping here.

They cut my keys incorrectly twice. They picked the keys out, it wasn't my fault. Also saw my ex wife Stephanie here... SO I guess hos dwell here
