Employees seem more competent then the owner. Scratched my wheels badly while trying to change a tire. Then did not tell me he had the wrong size inner tube so he just folded it and put it in there anyway! Phat tire can’t get here soon enough.

Like this shop. Staff is friendly, prices are not terrible, and it's a nice store. I wish that the service area was a little better though. They are not a full service repair shop, but can do most things.

Disclaimer: Ben Jones, the owner, is good friend of mine. Nevertheless, he runs a great trike/bike shop. He's all about customer service and going the extra mile. More than just a friendly face, Ben and his staff are knowledgeable and really work hard to deliver a bike or trike that fits you personally. If you don't believe me, look at the awards from Terra Trike on the wall, Dogwood Junction wins dealer awards consistently. Anyway, check it out, especially if you're in the market for a recumbent.
