The office staff is so helpful. Unbelievable customer service. I love it here. While some of the facilities are older. They are clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this RV park for anyone who is staying long term or just a few days.

This is a great RV park! We pulled in after hours and the owner opened the doors to welcome us as he was nearby. Staff was very friendly, park was well kept and full of kind people. Pull through spots are always nice with a larger fifth wheel. Internet and cable worked great as well! Located conveniently next to walmart and downtown Fredericksburg. Came in for a day and wound up staying a week! Would definitely recommend this park to anyone visiting the Fredericksburg area.
