Our car overheated and we somehow, luckily found Hill's. We were three hours from home, and there is no way the car would have made it. This was mid-afternoon, and they already were busy, but even so they squeezed us in. It turned out that there were a number of things wrong with the car. They certainly could have taken advantage of our situation of being stranded in an unfamiliar town, but they were honest, fair, reasonably priced, and even stayed a bit late to get us back on the road.
