VERY friendly and helpful and they do not take advantage of out towners. They will also stay late to get you back on road. Wish more people had their moral ethics. Great guys!!!! We are from oklahoma and never been to Alabama and was there on business when company truck broke down.

For several years prior to 2014, Tim & his shop did an awesome job working on my Granddaddy's car. Tim would fix everything up, good quality work, reasonable prices. I bought my first car in 2009 & due to my grandfather's good experience, I only let Tim work on my car. Tim did a great job. He always worked with me on payments & never held my car until I paid off my charges. So this review has more to do with what happened in his shop, likely without his knowledge. In March 2014, I bought a 2003 Camry that had just had a new engine put in that had 90k miles on it. In July 2014, I was involved in a fender bender. I hit the back of a mid-size truck at a very low speed. No damage to the truck, but it crumpled my hood & busted the radiator. I immediately turned the car off to keep from messing anything. I had it towed to Tim, who assigned the car to Bradley. I would text Bradley about once a week to ask for an update on the car. It was always "I've almost got it ready to go, just getting a few things finished up, you should be able to pick it up ____" (sometimes in 2 days, sometimes by the end of the week, it varied). It was never "ready." Something always happened. Not to mention, this car was being worked on (& painted!) inside of a "workshop" at Bradley's house on Brownsferry Road. It was more of a carport. The point came where my car had been with Bradley for THREE MONTHS. He called my sister (who was covering the charges) & told her that he couldn't figure out why the engine would run if he didn't put any water at all in the radiator but if he put water in it, it would stop running & to diagnose the issue he would need to tear into the engine. But to do that, he would need $1500 up front before he got started. We told him to stop & we'd be there shortly to load it up & haul it home. To top it all off, we bought the majority of the parts online & we delivered them to T&T, including the hood. We did this to save money. My husband was very careful in handling the hood to keep from messing it up. When we started inspecting the hood & bumper, the paint was done poorly. There was a dead bug & pieces of trash stuck in the paint in the center of the hood. The hood was creased in places. The windshield sprayers had not been saved from the other car (not damaged, just thrown away) so they were missing. The lining of the new headlights was sticking out around the headlights, easily visible with paint on them. I have pictures of all of this. My husband & I spent an afternoon trying to determine if there was a way to get the car running again without having to put a new motor in it. I decided to check the trip odometer. Whenever I stop to get gas, I reset one of the trip odometers so I can keep up with how many miles I go between fill-ups. At the time of the accident, I had just filled up minutes before & had put maybe 2 miles on it, 3 at the very most. When I checked the trip odometer after we got the car back, it had 14.6 miles on it. So at some point from the day the car was towed to Tim's & the day my husband loaded it on a trailer to bring it home, it had been driven over 10 miles - conveniently more than enough distance to make it from Tim's to Bradley's house. We refused to pay because they had sabotaged the car. We considered a lawsuit, but Tim has always treated us well & we figured he likely didn't know this was going on. I also decided I wouldn't be public about it as I didn't want Bradley's bad decisions to negatively impact Tim's business. However, my brother recently used Tim to replace a water pump on his car & Tim refused to let him make payments because we hadn't paid for the work done to my Camry. He had no part in anything to do with the Camry & we had nothing to do with his car. Bad business decision, Tim. If Bradley is still working for you, it's time to let him go. Don't make business decisions for your customers based on who they're related to. And no, we're still not paying for the repairs. We sold the car to a REAL mechanic in September & it was running a few weeks ago because I passed it on the highway.
