Brought my rv there for warranty service even though i purchased at another dealer. Fast service and no hidden charges. Parts guys were very helpful too. Would bring back again for service work.

I needed a non-standard part for a discontinued pop up camper, which was originally purchased from Hilltop.  Due to my location, I went to 11 RV and trailer dealers up from southern MN before I pulled into Hilltop. Nobody at those places spent more than 3 minutes before saying they couldn't help. When I walked up to Pat at the parts desk and said what I was looking for, I didn't expect him to keep digging until he found what I needed. He searched the parts storage, the computer, brought me every sample he could find and dug through several books, and in what seemed like at least a half hour, he said, "Here's what you need."  He had it shipped to my house, and it fit perfectly!  Thank you, Pat, for doing everything you could to get me what I was looking for.

We went in today for a demo on our recently purchased older Coleman pop-up Camper. James, the demo gentleman,  was amazing!!!!! So patient and clear. He was SO helpful explaining things to us. We learned a ton! Mark, the service tech who fixed our leaky water pipe, was great!!!! Talked to us about ways to keep our Camper in the best shape (they d/c the make/model) so we have minimal problems in the future. The only reason I gave a 4 star review was because the salesman was stuffy and not very friendly (I felt like we were an inconvenience to him) and the parts department cashiers (won't mention their names) seemed bored and disinterested. 
James and Mark were great! They definitely made the experience and time worth it.

Very good experience. They were very helpful with us buying our new RV. When we went to pick it up they explained everything well and even let us film when they were showing us how to use it. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Definitely way better than your big name RV dealer ( cough Camping World cough).

Extremely dissatisfied with level of service all the way from the writer to the work performed. Brought my trailer in the be completely resealed only to get it back with a substandard job and a very high cost. Took 1 trip and just about every seal broke free due to the small amount of seal used. Brought the trailer immediately to Hilltop to have it redone. Poor follow up from the service writer. I had to call to ask about the status and no paperwork could be found in their system and another service writer "thought" it was completed. Will not recommend Hilltop to anyone in the future.
