The LivINN Suites Fridley is considered Minneapolis Best Value Hotel by offering more services and amenities than any other hotel in its price range. All rooms are interior corridor and include free high speed internet, microwaves, and refrigerators, key card entries, sitting areas and custom room furnishings. We stay here each year for at least six weeks while on business in Minnesota. The breakfast served is one of the best for a free offering at a hotel. Rooms are comfortable. We stay in an Executive king with a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher (which is a great touch). Bring your own dishes etc. we bring a couple of hot plates, a pressure/slow cooker. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This wasn't a bad spot. Make sure you get the rooms 247 and up as they have extra room. A little dated in structure and it used to look like it had a pool indoors which would've been a great bonus, but alas it's been transformed into a sitting area. Nice for large groups. the breakfast is a "true" breakfast and was a nice surprise on account of what we paid to stay there.

I was going through the door and the lobby was a good size area get all your things together and meet up with your friends, family or colleagues. The place is rather large and the atmosphere is inviting. I did not enter a room for I was not there to check in. I was merely there to investigate the hotel and find out about the price. From what I found out about the place it was inviting and comfortable with prices comparable to any other hotel in the area. On just a walk through and one conversation with a guest I was interested in a opinion of the place and was impressed by the description and satisfaction of the guest. Their opinion as well as mine is recommended to be a guest there.

Rooms were great. However none of my special requests for my wedding were honored. Also the smell of weed was heavy with a lot of men hanging around the entrance and trying to talk to the females coming and going. Did not feel too safe with this. No pool or hot tub. Some of the receptionists were really helpful. Overall okay stay.

Very nice rooms!!! Stayed here a couple of nights and the inside is definitely bigger than how it looks outside. The rooms are so much better than a lot of hotels I have visited in the past. The employees are understanding and help out in a moments notice. 5/5!
