The elevator is really slow. It's right off 694 so all u hear is the highway. Hard to sleep here with all the noise and marijuana smoke. You have to pay for clean towels and washcloths. The woman here has snotty attitudes. Vincent is the only nice, respectable one. To top it off house keeping only come every two weeks( if you're lucky) but the lady is really nice when she do come. Don't get me started on the PARKING SPACE!!!!! Omg. Insane. Good luck relaxing.

HA!!!!!! We thought we booking a suite to get to and relax.Arghhhhh! This place is NOT where you want to stay to relax and get a good night's rest! Definitely NOT a suite! The room was 12x16 at most. Only 1 chair to sit, No coffee available, No ice, Only 2 pillows for the bed, No tissue paper, Very loud highway noise, Will only clean linen every 2 weeks for any extended stays. Wifi was an extra charge, they did give us two 6oz. plastic water cups, could not sleep well at all. It's more like a place for many construction works to stay for a week or more. You would be smart to find a better option!!! Just warning !!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! PICTURES DON'T LIE..MOLD AND POORLY BUILT!! I stayed here from March 2017/ September 2017 and I can honestly say that from the opening manager Jake to the current manager running this establishment Katrina Nooner it has gotten completely awful. Don't ever make a room payment with your card because she will secretly save your information and charge your account behind you back then lie and say "cooperate" did it and she encourages her employees to do the same. It gets worst...not only is there always police on the property not patrolling but removing someone from their room, people prostitute in this establishment , sell drugs and the employees sleep with the guest and the employees buy drugs from the guests as well. Katrina knows darn well what is going on in this business but because she leaves everyday at 3PM she doesn't care. Don't be fooled by the updated appearance this building is poorly built and the elevator is always breaking and people do get stuck on it. I complained to her about a water leak in my room the high unqualified handy man can in and only painted over the water stains, which made the problem worst because mold started to grow...mind you I have children!!! HUGH HEALTH HAZARD. Not only did the manager Katrina try to beg me NOT to write a review on this but she couldn't even move us to a better room until the next day which means we had to sleep in the room where she had Mr. Rooter rip open the ceiling and left the mess everywhere with the mold on it. Not to mention the room we got switched to had major problems as well. I'm NOT the only person that experienced an awful time here... if you don't believe me and want to find out for yourself help yourself to the drugs, stealing, and mold all you want too!!! but I repeat this is the most OVERRATTED HOTEL IN THE TWIN CITIES!!

Got charged 250 for throwing cigarette butts I pocketed at work in the garbage in my room. I did not want to litter. Their is drug use on and in the property, a normal police presence that's needed. This place seems to cater to contractors/working men and never has towels washed ready for you to use after work. I Didn't want to leave a bad review but after $250 for throwing butts in my personal garbage I'm ready too. I make good money, but 250 is still an obnoxious rate even if I actually was smoking in the room and leaving ashes and burns in stuff (which I sure as hell wasn't). I would avoid the heck out of this place, especially if you are a working man who needs a good night's rest to do the same thing tomarrow.

Great value room. Two bed queen suite was great for our weekend trip. Only one elevator was kind of a bummer considering how slow it seemed to get through the 4 floors. Otherwise, overall would recommend as a no frills place to stay.
