Architecture is amazing! Atrium is spacious and enjoyable. Rooms were very clean. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Pool area was large. The weekend we went was pretty busy. So busy, that I didn't quite enjoy the pool because it was crowded and dirty. We got a pretty nice deal and that is why we stayed here. Hotel has so much potential but they need more staff to run this large hotel and to stay on top of guests' requests.

We had a good time. Kids loved the pool. Not many food places deliver to the hotel. And every day from visiting the city we had to stop at the front desk to get new room keys.  For some reason they deactivated. Slight inconvenience.

Place needs some updating but overall a very pleasant experience. The place feels very empty. Staff is very friendly. An amazing pool area. Breakfast is "Meh" at best. Would definitely come here again

The rooms are awesome. Place is beautiful. No restaurant. No place to pick up anything you might have forgotten. Want a snack?  You must get in your car An drive to get it. Do have soda machines. At $2.50 a pop. Over all I’d give them a 3.5. As nice as it is. They need a restaurant

This hotel is definitely unique. But. Its not taken care of. It has the potential to be really cool. The carpeting is all dirty and and tore up and the paint was chipping. Staff is polite. But when we asked for more towels no one brought any to our room. Had to go down to the front desk several times to ask, and was repeatedly told they'd send them to our room. We didn't receive them until the next day. When we got on to the elevator it smelled strongly of marijuana... We got off on the second floor and the smell was so over powering.. My children were holding their noses as we waited for the elevator again. We brought it to the staffs attention... Nothing was done about it.
  The pool area was pretty cool. We really enjoyed it! 
The continental breakfast was awful. We went down at about 830 am... They were out of almost all the juice. Fruit was gone. When asked if there would be anymore, staff said... Once its gone.. Its gone. The only hot thing they had was waffles... And the line for that was insane. 

Our room was pretty cool. It was a hexagon had huge windows with a great view of the golf course. The beds were really comfortable... 
I'm not impressed with this hotel at all.. We won't be returning.

This place would be amazing if they put some love and money into it!
