Don't deal with this hotel very rude employee. Denied to a room even with full payment online. I am pleased that I found a better place to stay at a better rate that night.

staff was friendly, however service was seriously lacking. we had to call the front desk multiple times requesting for extra bed linens. then after waiting an hour we finally decided to leave for dinner because nobody showed up. we found out after that that our key cards would not open any of the external doors. the front desk told us that our cards were "working" and they'll have to have maintenance look at them. meanwhile that left us lugging our luggage with a handicapped senior all the way to the back of the hotel from the front door.  There was no safe in our room,  and after returning from dinner several hours later, we STILL didn't have extra bed linens. after calling for a third time we finally get some extra sheets and blankets, but no pillows.  service is lacking, bringing extra pillows with spare linens and a blanket should be common sense! as things stand right now I will not be returning because of the inconvenience of service! there are better options around the area. some across the street.

Stayed here when we went for a friends wrdding. Great staff, the rooms were clean. Location was walking distance from stores, STARBUCKS a few other hotels. Which made it easy to meet up woth everybody

Very disappointed in the shuttle service after a wedding. The driver had "waited" 15 minutes for guests, which was untrue. There were about 30 guests (including the bride a groom) waiting for a safe ride back to the hotel. Thankfully there is Uber to safley take is all home. Incredibly disappointed by the customer service received by this hotel.

Great service, very nice rooms, easy to get to location. Definitely would recommend to any visitors.
