This place was interesting.  Our room was in the middle, right near the basketball courts, pool, and arcade.  There were a couple of things that unimpressed me during our stay.  First, we were with our children and were staying there overnight just until we could catch our flight.  There was an obvious smell of happy cabbage near our entrance, inside the hotel.  Ya know, whatever you want to do, but I had my kids there.  Second, it was getting late and people were still making a lot of noise out in the activity area.  The price was good, but the age old adage, you get what you pay for.  I suppose if your looking for a place to party, it would be good.

Absolutely terrible. The staff is absolutely terrible. The pool is absolutely small. The staff had terrible attitudes toward us when checking in. The place was a mess. Weeks in advance we confirmed early check in status. Also confirmed it the day before. We get there and our rooms were not ready. They got attitudes when we stated that we had early check in. Absolutely pointless place. We are even trying to move locations after only being here 30 minutes. Negative stars to this place.

Staff and common areas are nice, they are renovating, so it's a mess in some areas (but not pools). The pools are great, they have an adult only pool and hot tub which is wonderful and that pool was sooooo warm! Breakfast buffet had all that you needed. Hawaiian themed pool area with games was nice too! They have 2 big beautiful birds that are just hanging are just a joy to watch!

I've stayed here multiple times and have given it Five Stars every other time. The hotel lobby is beautiful. Breakfast is great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The heat/AC did not work correctly. Nothing was done to attempt to give us a new room so we froze for two nights.  IGH cancelled my second night reservation with no notice so that was a hassle to get taken care of even though I had the email confirmation.  I will stay here in the future because it's convenient and I'm hoping it was a singular not-so-great experience.

The airport shuttle was great.  Complimentary breakfast bar was great.  More non-pork products please.  Many thanks to Dekay.  The Holiday Inn, next door, had a restaurant and indoor pool.
