It is a fair and decent location, but needs attention. For example, hair still clinging to blow dryer when I checked into room. The bathtub is visibly dirty and needs thorough cleaning. Who takes baths in hotels anyhow? Maybe large showers will be easier to clean and maintain? Thank God I brought shower shoes. The walls looked patched over with dents in wallpaper and paint failing to cover up damages well. I concur with others that staff appear thoughtful, professional and kind. Watched a night auditor patiently manage multiple challenges with grace and outstanding service. I would return because of him. Hopeful the property can continue to improve on maintenance, cleanliness and consistency in overall service. I am being generous with the 3 stars, because the staff members truly are gracious and that is worthy of affirming.

Easy check in. Room and bathroom were clean. Just a quick overnight stay. Ice machine available on each floor. There is a small convenience shop for drinks in the lobby. Did not eat at the restaurant.

I went to a work event at the hotel. The facility itself is nice enough. One little pet peeve. The coffee in the lounge area is free for lodgers but costs money for guests of the lodgers. It's fine for the Hilton to have their etiquette, but it establishes an unfriendly environment for guests. As it stands, probably a good thing that it's not available to guests because my understanding based on the commentary from others is that the coffee itself was terrible. I would certainly stay here if it was cheap enough, but I think they need to rethink the customer experience.

The room we were in for a seminar was very well lit and spacious. I did not that the walls needed a bit of repair as the wallpaper was peeling away from the wall. Also, we experienced a mouse running around the room. The entrance to the hotel was very appealing and there seemed to be a variety of different choices at the counter. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Everything that could have gone wrong for our conference this weekend did. From overbooking the room, not having the correct set-up, smoke coming out of the ventilation system during our class, you name it. But the bigger problem that there was no manager on site to deal with any of the problems for several hours in the morning. Who ever heard of a hotel that doesn't have a manager on site 24/7 to handle guest complaints or problems.
