I hosted a meeting at the Sheraton and was nervous about accommodations for myself and another nursing mother. I contacted the front desk and without hesitation we were offered a guest room for the entire day to pump in and store our milk. They were even thoughtful enough to reserve a room close to where our event was. We are both very appreciative as we have encountered other places that were not so accommodating and offered bathrooms, closets or no place at all to pump in. Thank you for being so considerate, having procedures in place for nursing mothers and for having top notch customer service!

Conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, mall, and grocery store. Clean room with decent size. Good service. Only thing keeping from a five star is some rooms come with free breakfast and some do not, but this was not made clear until after you get breakfast and then receive additional bill.

I attended a ceremony at the Sheraton. The food was ok, and the service was strange. Before anyone got to drink champagne, they took our (completely full) glasses away. They seemed very eager to remove things from the table even though people were still eating/drinking. Otherwise the event was fine.

Clean, friendly & professional staff and a bed so comfortable that I want it at home, and all on a lovely lake with a peaceful walking path. If there had been a bathrobe in the room, I'd have given this chain hotel 5 stars. Breakfast buffet is $16.95 per person. Mini fridge & microwave in room (yay). Four different pillows on the bed (because some people like a "pillow menu", it seems). Decent lighting in the room.

Attended hotel for a one day conference. The conference area is not large, but good for smaller events (~150). It opened up into a patio area for chatting with attendees between talks, which was beautiful and overlooked a small lake. The main room can be divided onto two for a two track conference. The sound between the two were adequately isolated, except during applause. There's no separate recording area, so the talks which were professionally recorded, were done with camera equipment occupying the back of the room, where people could walk. There also want much room for booths in the hallway outside the main room. The WiFi was adequate, but password protected, so it wasn't convenient to connect to (had to track down someone to get the password). The best part was the catering, though. The chicken marsala was absolutely amazing.
