Great location, courteous and helpful staff.  $13 for breakfast is a little much, but because we were in a large group it was comped.  Lynn was our server over the weekend and she was great to my family.  Bed was the firmest mattress I'd ever slept on with the softest pillows ever, odd combination.  Overall a good stay.

I stay here quite often throughout the year and this place always surpasses my expectations! Friendly staff who will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is amazing. Breakfast is made to order, and delicious! Very close to the city and airport!

Wonderful staff and clean property with plenty of amenities. I wish the indoor pool was heated because the water was freezing cold, and the fitness room was quite small. Overall though, my family enjoyed our stay.

They have great staff. When we arrive and had booked the room online at their website, we had asked for a disability accessible room. They were going to put us in a regular room. After some talking to the night manager we got one. Not the one we reserved but at least we were in a wheelchair friendly room. Their were a string of problems that the staff promptly took care of. After the last problem the manager competed 1/2 of our bill. Because of the great service I'd give this hotel a 2nd chance.

The staff was very friendly. Went to the lounge for dinner and the guy who served us was so nice. His name was Hector. He really made our stay enjoyable. Will definitely return again. Definitely for the food and converstion.
