Friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. 

I do wish they offered coffee all day long (they serve only in the mornings and I was hoping to have some after lunch). Also, they don't have a designated business area for people looking for a quiet space to work outside of the room. 

Overall, service is great and friendly. Conveniently located near the mall as well which has great options for lunch and dinner.

Bed was awful, lumpy, and worn out. Bed was a king and didn't even have king sized pillows. Got woken up by loud, obnoxious music coming from a meeting room on the floor below us at 8am Sunday morning. No microwaves. No water pressure. No hot water. We will be staying next door at the Fairfield next year, it was nice last year but was already fully booked for the weekend.

I was with a friend in the lobby. Lobby was okay and the room was fine, but they have a no outside food rule in the lobby. This would make sense if they had a restaurant or something, but they only had a small bar. I'd even understand if my friend wasn't a guest at the hotel, but she was.

I'm staying here for work, it's a good location for be and where I'm going. Plenty of restaurants, a whole foods is close by. The staff has been great and very helpful. Real eggs instead of the powdered eggs you'll find at other hotels, all the breakfast is great, there's also an omelette bar every morning, and a bar for the night. Decent gym with dumbbells, medicine balls, and treadmills. There's a pool that looked pretty good as well.

Hotel is very clean and nice , rooms was good with a very big flat screen tv , I think this is the biggest TV I’ve ever had in a room. That’s always a plus for me and those amazing cookies was awesome that we got from Jennifer who made sure we was checked in ok
