It is such a nice place to stay for a night whenever we are on the way to the east or south. The location is good, the rooms we stayed are clean, and all is fabulous for our basic needs. For the price, and friendly staffs, we have no complaint at all. For several days vacation in Chicago area, near by Sonesta ES Suites or Hilton Garden Inn that we stayed are fabulous if you are willing to pay much more. We love Schaumburg.

The nicest amenity for dog lovers is that your dog stays free. The parking lot was very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating especially maria. Rooms with microwave and refrigerator, and coffee machine were also a plus. We were upgraded effortlessly with no change in rate. Our room was large and clean, beds comfortable, all the amenities I enjoy in a hotel room were there. A+++ Will come back with my dog.

I am currently staying here right now, I’m 8 months pregnant and I am so frustrated at the customer service I have received. 1. We get here to Illinois from a far drive. Tired and drain ready for bed. They give us a “non smoking” room that smells like an ash tray. Finally they moved us. 2. The new room is dirty I had to clean up after others. Next morning we leave so housekeeping can clean up some and we come back and the trash is still in here that we cleaned and bagged up for them. 3. Last night we had neighbors throwing a party, blasting music outside acting like fools I call front desk he says he was gonna check it out but for a couple hours or longer the music was still loud. 4. I am re editing this because now on top of the HORRIBLE experience that I have gotten they are charging me extra!!!! I cannot believe this, I wish someone would contact me. I call and call and the guy doesn’t pay much mind to my concerns. I am beyond upset with everything. And it just sucks because this hotel is right next to my mother n laws house and the drive was great. I am really upset with my stay here.

Great location, very close to airport. comfortable rooms, had peaceful sleep, Alisha is awesome ..friendly.. professional, helpful, offered us coffee and also gave us snack box 📦 at the time of check in , as per our request gave us quiet room so that we can sleep well. I was so tired of my all day drive..well definitely suggest this hotel and will see u again Alisha

My experience at the red roof plus was outstanding there staff is respectful and very hardworking Alisha stood out the most and she was very helpful and made my stay very comfortable if I’m ever in the shcaumburg Hoffman area I would recommend this hotel to future guest.
