The hotel is very conveniently located, that is about it. We had a King Suite. The bed mattress seemed cheap and old. The pull out couch bed was filthy and covered in stains. Both were extremely uncomfortable. The pool was small and also appeared dirty. Right outside the door to the pool there was a half eaten cookie covered in ants. The staff was not particularly friendly but not rude either. If given another chance, I would pick another hotel.

We planned a one night stay to do activities in the area with the kids. We were specifically looking for a hotel with a pool. Well there pool was closed for maintenance for our entire stay. This in itself would not have been a huge problem, except the girl at the front desk, on 3 separate occasions made promises about the times we could swim at a local gym and about the times the pool would be back up and running. All 3 times she was wrong and every time assured me over and over that this time she was positive. On the day we checked out, bbn I asked for the manager and was told he wasn't in. I left a message for him to call me. 3 days later and still no call. Called the front desk and they said he hadn't been in since i left. Really!? 4 days worth no manager on duty? Called corporate customer service and they said the manager would call within 72 hours. I'm still waiting within that window so I guess we'll see. Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast. But terrible customer service will prevent me from ever going back.

Came in for work. Check in was fast. Gentleman working the desk helped me pick out a place to eat. Will definitely be back in the future

Stayed at this hotel a couple weeks ago with a co-worker, One of the better hotels in the area. Staff was great. Paul at the Front Desk was so accommodating and helped us chose a restaurant that was open late. Overall I will definitely be back in the future!!

Not clean enough and expansive but gave me a discount so not bad would come again
