Awesome hotel! Very close to the interstate and the many attractions we came down here to do! Staff very friendly! The pool and hot tub are perfect for our mid winter get away!

Part five star, part one star. When I checked in in the afternoon the people at the front desk were amazingly helpful and nice. When I got back to the hotel after midnight and there was chaos all over the lobby, that wasn't cool. Went to my room on the fifth floor where there were loud guests screaming, banging doors, and general shenanigans. As it was new years I figured I could tolerate it for a while. I waited until three am to call down to the front desk. I was told "they'll go to bed soon."... They did not. Not the hotels fault people were loud, and since it was a holiday it is understandable they're loud on the lobby, but they could do something about the noise on the floors where people are sleeping.

Great facility, new build. Bigger than usual European rooms.  Restaurant and bar in house if you do not want to wander out to the numerous restaurants around.  Close to Woodfield mall.  Convenient shuttle to and from airport and mall.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, bed and blankets were very comfy and cozy. Loved the hot tub, kids loved the pool. I would've given 5 stars if breakfast was included, but 10 dollars for scrambled eggs and sausage? No thanks.

I booked my room using a third party service. I found that my reservation although it was paid, did not show in the system.  I was helped by Vonetta. She was very nice, pleasant, and professional. She tried but to no avail. I showed proof of confirmation on my computer. She called her Manager to assist and Jennine went right to work. The problem was fixed, I was able to check into my beautiful room. I was also helped by Miguel in maintenance. My experience at Radisson was made exceptional by the professionals who work there. I will certainly stay again.
