I stayed the week while my kids were at Space Camp. The staff were the most friendly and kind people. They have a wonderful kitchen staff that can learn your breakfast order quickly. They really make you feel right at home. Plus the food was great. I spend most of my time out by the pool reading. It was very quiet and relaxing. Their pool definitely needs a good resurfacing, however it was still a great place to cool off.

We recently booked a special for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and inviting. They have a very nice pool for families to use and there were several families there our first night. The room was terrific and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I would plan to rebook a room there the next time we return to Huntsville. It's in a great location with easy freeway access and close to all our activities.

Attending a birthday party for a friend. The staff-Anna-was Awesome. Constantly checking on us to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. I will definitely use them if I ever have an event!

Evening Work event. Send nice enough. Facility was clean and staff was approachable. Expected there to be coffee available, was told there should be a coffee in maker in my room. Neighborhood was rougher than expected and not the easiest place to get to from the interstate.

I can only grade this hotel based on the lobby and the online reservation system. The lobby was very clean, the parking lot was clean, the area around the hotel seemed fine, with only 1 restaurant really close by (Landry's). The online booking said they had rooms available, however when we arrived they were sold out. I would GREATLY encourage you to call the hotel directly to check for availability of a room. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful overall, even in the face of the discrepancy.
