Where do I start? We got this room for a few days while a mold issue was being resolved in our house. When we first got into the room we noticed a very strong musty/mildew smelled that was attempting to be masked by a plug-in. The room felt "moist". Then I noticed that the towels hadn't been replenished and the couple that were there looked used..they were badly stained. There weren't any linens included with the sofa bed so we had to truck from the third floor back to the front desk to get them along with more towels. The first morning we realized the shower barely worked. You had to pull with all of your strength to get a light stream of water and it would literally pull the faucet from the wall. I also killed 3 baby roaches during my 3 night stay. On our last night we noticed a couple groups of men (use your imagination) that made me feel uncomfortable as a single pregnant woman with 4 children. My children and I both began smelling marijuana smoke on the 3rd floor and even in our bathroom as it seemed like it was coming through the vents. I doubt that I would ever stay at this hotel again. There are better local hotels for the money. * Still gave 3 stars for the staff

The towels were dirty and staff at front desk was to busy on phone to help. The morning front desk staff acted as if they didn't care. The a/c wasn't working properly. The good thing is hotel is located conveniently to everything; however, I'll never stay there again.

The most wonderful staff!! Very clean. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Everyone bent over backwards to provide the best service. Good places to eat in walking distance. Mall shopping for those so inclined

Due to being a hurricane victim I resided here for numerous amount of days paying top dollar of $130 a day for a single room with 2 beds. The customer service was nasty on the fourth day I had $30 left I was asked for my last $30 at check out time to keep the room till I got more money at 5pm which I gave in order to hold my room for the last day I would need to pay $100 more at 5p was the agreement....... Then at 2 PM the reception knocks at my door telling me that I had to get out and She will call police after agreeing to wait till 5p. I then tell her at 5:00 PM why don't you kick me out then if I don't have the money so this is why I rate the hotel one star because they were not helpful to Hurricane Irma victims I was taken advantage of at Quality Inn Suites in Huntsville Alabama

Bed and pillows are very comfortable, the room is very clean, the location is great with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The rate is great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
