For the amount of money I paid for one night there, I was very very VERY disappointed in my experience. The staff at the check in desk we're very rude, cold, and shove-offish. They never gave me a smile, just did what they had to do and moved on to the next person. 
When I booked the room, I was supposed to have a king bed but instead ended up in a double queen bed room. They never asked me if that was okay, especially since I paid for a king room. You would also think for that price, that they would offer more complimentary amenities. They offered absolutely nothing. Everything costs extra. 

Over all, I do not recommend this hotel unless you're ridiculously rich and just generally don't care that you're wasting your money.

Clean and modern hotel! Very very nice hotel with great service. Our room was modern and clean, so that was a nice surprise from some hotels I’ve stayed in recently. The conference rooms were plenty big for our group and the breakfast/lunch that was served was very good!

Hotel is very nice, the place is clean, and the staff very helpful. Room was great and spacious. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed having the Link to travel to other places. Has a decent exercise area and a huge main lobby. Get what you pay for though, quite expensive.

Great location and nice hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Bed is extremely comfortable! Fridge in room and very spacious. Easy cross bridge to crown center. Restaurant in hotel has good happy hour.

they gave me the key and the they didn’t work. I called them and then they said they will send the Security to help me. I waited for 30 minutes then I called  them again. and they said the security on the way. so I waited for another 30 Minutes but no one came to help. so I have to go down to the reception to tell them that.  bad service. never come back here again
