We were excited to stay here initially and check in was pleasant. The check in clerk was pleasant and switched us rooms after confusion. Upon entering our new room the sheets were filthy with yellow, brown, and black stains on the sheets. After letting them know right away they sent someone to change the sheets and we got breakfast vouchers for the next day, which tasted no better than a free breakfast at any other hotel so I'm glad we didn't have to pay $16.95 for it like they normally charge. Then the shower was barely warm and when we requested someone to fix it, nobody came that day. Again the next day we requested for it to be fixed and someone came but it turned into a 30-45 min repair with drilling and water all over the floor. When we asked to speak to a manager about our stay we were told there is none on duty on the weekends. We had hoped for a newly renovated hotel that it would have been cleaner and things in working order.* As an update, we are still waiting for a manager to call us, like we were told one would when we checked out. It has yet to happen and probaby never will. So no, we weren't satisfied when we left but I'm not the type to pitch a fit so we asked for a manager, we were told there was none on duty and one would call us, and we believed them and so we left.

I had a nice stay here and when I visit Tucson again it would be nice to bring my family and stay here. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It's newly renovated and they were doing some more minor renovations.  The view is spectacular. The shuttle service is nice and will take you and pick you up within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. There are many stores and restaurants within walking distance but at night the shuttle is a great option. The ballroom and meeting spaces were very nice. I think the computers available for guests are great because they had an Apple AND an IBM compatible with a printer.

This is a sort of out of the way Hilton for what I'm used to. It's an attractive foyer.  The room that we had training in was sometimes too cold. And it was difficult to get control of the lights for are overhead presentations. I would recommend that the facility allow presenters to control the lights from the room. One nice thing was that I was able to request non dairy options for coffee service in the morning and for lunch items. This was a bonus.

We met some friends for breakfast and enjoyed the continental buffet and coffee with a fabulous view of the Catalinas ♡ Our waitress Louise recognized us immediately and was friendly and attentive.  We love the cleanliness of the hotel and the attention of the staff.  The large parking lot makes it easy to meet there. Recommended for events and conferences ♡♡♡♡♡ 5 hearts !

New furnishings more modern feel to it. Food was good staff was friendly. New room remodeling was nice. Would return.
