Great place. Staff is very courteous, room met my needs. Really like that that they had extra stuff available upon request like kitchen appliances and board games. Nice outside pool, patio and barbecue. They really make you feel at home here.

The hotel itself is great. Rooms are nice and clean, pools is well kept, and it's close enough to places to go. The front staff clearly does not like being here and will do as little as possible to help. Managers are perfectly fine though.

Terrible service; cleaning staff never came each day; more and more disapointment mounted each day; checked out a couple days early and stayed somewhere else. The morning breakfast was nice though so I added a second star!

Hotel staff incredibly friendly especially in this high demand baseball training session! Rooms are booking fast! Rewards membership has its perks but I don't like sitting on a high horse of amenities and being rude as some other guests I have witnessed such horrors I appreciate the staff keeping their calm and demeanor. My daughter and I stayed recently on our rewards; our room wasn't ready ourselves and quite a few others were waiting, I was so proud or the Marriott Staff members at TownsPlace Suites Tempe. Under pressure...and criticism of "I am a "PLATINUM Member' " they kept it professional and calm. Got us all situated fairly without any bloodshed lol. We will continue to be Faithful Marriott Members.

I've stayed at many Marriott branches in the last 7 years and this has been the worst experience. On 4 separate occasions the rooms were either not cleaned or the dishes weren't done. To make matters worse- I complained on 3 separate occasions and the problems continued to reoccur. There is a serious problem with the housekeeping operation and the people in charge clearly can't steer the ship in the right direction. The only reason I didn't give this place 1 star is because they gave me 10,000 points and $100 off for my troubles. When I decided to check out early the manager said they would fix these issues-- later that day a friend of mine, who was staying at this same hotel, told me his room wasn't cleaned either. This is a clear indication that the manager did not fix the issue and it was all talk and zero action. I certainly will not stay at this hotel ever again and they have serious issues particularly with their housekeeping operation and the management that can't do anything to remedy the poor service.
