This hotel is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The rooms are very nice and modern, great bathrooms and balconies. The pool area is spectacular and there are nice walking trails behind the pool area leading into the desert landscape replete with cacti and a waterfall. A very peaceful setting and a perfect resort to clear your mind. The health club is especially excellent with modern equipment, exceptionally clean with a sauna and steam room.

A gem hidden in the desert of Tuscon, nestled among breathtaking cacti, succulents, and surrounded by generous, polite, and consistently friendly staff members. The hotel room was modern, the bed was comfortable, and the bad tub was huge (think your own personal jacuzzi size). The views were calm and peaceful. Among arrival, you'll see an opening of the hotel enclosed in greenery - the fourth floor allows access to this observatory deck complete with 360 views and a bench to sit back, and relax. Complete with a swimming pool area and poolside service, outdoor and indoor restaurants, golf course, nature trails, and a vast variety of options for work conferences with entertainment. Absolutely worth every penny, especially if you're looking for somewhere to relax, without leaving the resort.

Downgraded review. Third time I've been here and probably the last. Checking in is always a hassle. Rooms are always a mile away from the lobby and are rarely ready even late afternoon. Forget about getting the king bed you wanted. Apparently they don't exist. The two queen beds in the room we received are actually doubles, but we're so far from check in that it's not worth asking for another room. Parking generally stinks and there are many other easier to stay at resorts in the area. On a positive note, the staff is extremely pleasant.

Beautiful resort, a great getaway. I came here for a conference and enjoyed every minute of it. The pool provides a nice cool down during the day, and there are a few trails on the property that are short and fun to check it nature. Be careful at night, I have seen snakes and my first gila monster close to a trail! The food is a bit expensive, if you are staying awhile I recommend going to bashes or whole foods ( a bit further away) to stock up on snacks meals and/or drinks

I somewhat enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the scenic beautiful Sonoran landscaping views during our visit. It's difficult to get rest and relaxation when noise can be heard all day and night when you're trying get some relaxation and get some rest. Here are my recommendations: if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs/device that plays white noise because the room is not sound proof, you can hear people talking/walking, closing their room doors in the hallways, people rolling their luggage on the hallway tile can be heard in your room; for the resort maybe getting something around the room doors that absorbs vibrations and sounds coming from the hallway and something in the hallway that does the same. Maybe supply your guests with earplugs. I could have stayed home and not spend all this money and I would have gotten more rest. Please work on the noise and vibrations from the hallways. Maybe having air purifier machines in the rooms for allergy suffers like me, also such machines will help drown out the hallway noises. I'm headed back home to get some rest and relaxation. Prior to leaving we had some breakfast at the restaurant, while the food was good, we observed one of the cooks in the buffet area licking his bare thumbs several times in order to separate the food card placards...this is a health code violation. We notified management....they were receptive to our observations and concerns...
