First off, don't be fooled by the pictures given here. We booked this hotel for a music festival for 2 nights as many hotels were sold out already. We have stayed at motel 6's before and this is by far the worse. The pictures showed updated rooms and lobby which is not the case. We booked a king bed non smoking room. Upon arrival at 4:15pm (check in starts at 3pm) the front desk lady informed us there were no non smoking rooms cleaned and ready. We had to take a 2 queen bed smoking room. The lobby is very small, dirty, and not updated as the pictures showed. The front desk lady wasn't at the desk, she was "going pee" from behind a wall in the reception area as she talked to us. Who greets customers from the restroom?? Our room smelled like an ashtray as soon as we opened the door (most smoking rooms have a hint of cigarettes if cleaned properly). We immediately opened the window to air it out and kept it open all times we were in the room. Beds are very worn out, you can feel the springs. The 2 large towels in the bathroom were so thin and worn you could see through them. Definitely recommend the owner/manager do some major updating.

The Chandler AZ location is a well managed motel so far. I am still staying. Nice crew that works hard and keeps the place running nicely. Very clean. Can't really remember which service I used to book. Probably Motel6. Recently renewed for 2  more weeks at the location. I would recommend this motel to friends. Cheaper than the other motels in town and nice area. A lot of shopping and restaurants around.

Best motel 6 in the country.!!! Clean...clean....and  more clean ....beautiful grounds.  ......friendly. staff.   and there are NO dirt bags near this motel 6. ....great place to relax in peace. Great management.  I wish they were all this great!!!!

Usually a great rate. Rooms are clean and somewhat updated in a retro 70ish style. Beds are thin and on the firm side. Budget friendly and awesome location. Staff are great. Real good people. Stop on in.

I loved the updated and modern accommodations, especially a king size bed, which was very comfortable. The sleeping area was very clean. However, it seemed the bathroom floor was not mopped. There was a dried up stain (possibly dog urinated) behind the bathroom door. The shower wall tile was not completely wiped down, either. When I informed the receptionist at the desk, all she said was "thank you". No apologies or that it would be taken care of.
