Jason came to our home to asses our problem. He was incredibly professional and informative. Not a fun project to spend money on but Jason did and amazing job and we are back up and running. Any future problems, it is Roto-Rooter we will call and recommend to anyone.

The service was great. The scheduling was great. The price, however, was too high in my opinion. There was no charge to give me an estimate, but the quote seems to have that charge baked in.

I received a phone call within 2 hours, just as the dispatcher said I would. My service technician was Thaddeus. He was pleasant, respectful, covered his shoes. He diagnosed the problem and was dead-on with it. I love that I could call these guys on a Saturday and not be charged extra or made to feel like it was an inconvenience. I called a plumber first -- twice -- and never even got a call back from them. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Raymond and Nick were very professional and explained my options. They explained everything thoroughly. They were careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after themselves. A very positive experience.
