This is far and away the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever been to. I'm not sure if Holiday Inn has stepped up their game in the last year, or if this hotel is just great, but this was spectacular. Everything was clean, sleek, and modern, the rooms were big, the staff was helpful, and the room came with a power strip so we could plug all our devices in. The only disappointing experience was the breakfast. $11 for the standard Continental faire, or you can order off the menu for some uninspired egg dishes. Luckily there are plenty of better restaurants nearby. Overall, a great experience.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in August. Check in was a breeze despite there being two wedding parties checking in at the same time ;) A gentleman named Phil checked us in and when we mentioned my husband is disabled and needed to be close to an elevator he immediately moved us off the floor with the two wedding parties (full of children and revelers) and to a different floor where we were steps from the elevator! He was not only accommodating he had a great personality and was super friendly and funny also. All the staff were great during our stay, and the rooms are kept immaculate. The pool is clean and has plenty of chaise lounges and comfortable table and chair sets around so you can relax near the pool also. While the common areas are a little worn, and the elevator doors slam shut a little loudly, the rooms are very reasonable and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping, the casino, the highway and entry to Philadelphia from several different ways. We will definitely be returning here when we come back to Bensalem!!

This Holiday Inn is beautiful, room was exceptional and clean. The free breakfast, cooked to order was delicious, service was great. I know we will go there again when visiting our daughter and son-in-law who live in Levittown, PA ☺

The room I stayed in was recently renovated. It was clean and comfortable. It had a lot of space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

After a slight issue . The manager Mr Philips was very polite and respectful and listen to my issues .He Carry's him self in a professional manner and strives for guests to be happy. He made sure I was treated right and taken care of . I will be returning to holiday inn in the future ....A++++
